In simple terms, these things determine the number of the sites that will use Memcached and how much memory the system will be able to use in order to cache your info. The two features are ordered independently for more freedom and one instance does not come bundled with a fixed amount of system memory. You can make use of the Memcached system with any type of website and both you and your website visitors will quickly note the difference in the performance.
Memcached in VPS Servers
Memcached is offered by default with every VPS server that we offer if you choose Hepsia as your Control Panel, so you won’t need to pay anything extra to be able to use the maximum potential of this memory caching system. The more powerful package you select, the more system memory Memcached will have for information storage purposes, but you’ll have at least several hundred MB at all times, which is much more than what you’d get with a shared hosting plan. Each server comes with a specific amount of memory that the Memcached caching system can use, but the minimum you’ll get is three gigabytes, which is quite enough to increase the loading speed of extremely popular websites considerably, since this memory will be dedicated to storing the cached data. The Memcached system will start storing data as soon as it is activated, so soon after that, you will see the optimized performance of your Internet sites and the lowered load on the dedicated server.
