A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will transfer your site(s) to our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost info and undesired network downtime. Because of this, we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got skillful administrators whose only responsibility is to make certain that your web site functions exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on well–known apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, because there are plenty of variables, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to transfer your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (if the website content is not large).

A: We will require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

A: User privacy is indeed one of our primary priorities – this is why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–grade digital certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative procedures to protect the information that we collect on the web. And we’ve got a detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we gather.

A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. When the migration is done, we’ll make certain that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised prior to informing you that the transfer is done. After that, we will tell you how to transfer the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to update your DNS resource records.

A: While we migrate your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform as long as we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we cannot migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
